North Little Rock's Cregeen's Irish Pub is welcoming the new year as only as Irish pub would - with a midnight toast of either Jameson Irish whiskey or Bailey's Irish Cream in a chocolate cup. Also included in the $10 cover is music by New Generation and party favors. The party starts at 9 p.m.
