By Lauren Clark Spokesman for Gov. Beebe, Stacey Hall.

LITTLE ROCK — Stacey Hall is one stylish spokesman - and fashion sense is important in her line of work. The 24-year-old Little Rock native is the deputy spokesman for Gov. Mike Beebe's office and handles the governor's public relationships and statements.

Though this look is monochromatic, Hall said her everyday style revolves around dresses, jeans and bright colors. This fall she's looking forward to breaking out the hats and scarves she loves. For her work style, she said, "It's important to dress professionally but comfy, especially while traveling."

Today at the Capitol, Hall wears a black rayon dress from The Limited. She usually wears pants or pantsuits, but she loves dresses. Her activities for the day affect her decision of what to wear. If she plans to travel with the governor (usually once or twice a week to another town in the state), she wears a suit. But because her afternoon to-do list included staying at the office to update the governor's Web site with postings and pictures and returning phone calls, she chose to wear a dress. The dress is simple but sophisticated. Her knee-high black Gianni Bini leather boots are from Dillard's and one fall fashion piece she loves, along with bright colors.

She carries a large burgundy bag from Target. "I'm a huge purse person and love huge purses!" Her minimal but meaningful accessories include diamond stud earrings from her mother and a Tiffany & Co. bracelet that was a 5-year anniversary present from her then boyfriend, now husband.
