If you could save the world through beer, wouldn't you?
That's at least what some drinkers say is the appeal of organic beer. It's not just your food that's farm-fresh these days. Activists say organic hops and grains make the stuff taste better than a six-pack of the usual.
Has the costly love affair with all things organic gone too far?
